How does your process look like and how long does it take?

How much does it cost to work with you?
There are no-one-size-fits all packages or prices, but we deliver a custom proposal after our intro email/chat. Projects usually start at 2.000 eur, where the Design VIP Day is set to 850 eur.
When can we start?
Once you enquire for our services, we will provide you with an approximate stat date. As we are typically booked a couple of months in advance, is best to reach out to us as soon as you can. But sometimes we have project spots that might begin sooner, so fill out our client application form and let’s set up a call.
What about payment plans?
The Payment can be sent via a Bank Transfer or Credit card. We like to break projects down into payment plans to make the investment a little easier for you. Your 500EUR deposit payment is non-refundable and it’s required to save your spot in our schedule. Then the rest of your payments can be spread out throughout the project in up to 3 equal payments.
We’d be happy to discuss which payment plan option works best for you.
I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Due to our services being digital, we do not offer any refunds. If you feel we are not creating the design that you wanted to achieve you will be required to pay only the 50% of the remaining balance. All deposits are non-refundable.
What do you need from me?
Design is a two-way process, and your input is essential. Besides filling out the client application form, we will need any additional material, such as images, text copy, etc. from you at the beginning of our journey.
Are there any additional fees that are not included in any of the packages?
There are fees that can’t be predicted to the cent. These fees are usually for website hosting, domain purchasing, and font licenses.
Where are you based, and do you work with international clients?
We are based in Slovenia, and we LOVE working with international clients. We always keep in mind the time difference and schedule our calls accordingly.
